1. Market Assessment and Growth Strategy
A top 5 global insurer asked us to assist in prioritizing growth opportunites across four international markets. We delivered an assessment of consumer demand, regulatory requirements and competitors in four countries; Mexico, Brazil, India and China. Deliverables: Prioritzed and sized the markets, assessed consumer demand, the competitive landscape and go-to-market options, including potential distribution partnerships. Developed the business case, investment budget and action plan for senior management and Board approval.2. 'Greenfield' Insurance company Start-Up
When the Board of a market leading insurer reached out, they were frustrated that their digital transformation investments were not delivering value. We proposed a 'greenfield' (start over from scratch) approach and developed the strategy and business case for a new cloud-based insurance company on a 100% digital platform. Robert led product and customer experience design, defined the organization model, and managed the build and launch of a NewCo digital life and health insurer, in 10 short months! The platform has delivered a 10X improvement in speed to market and has fueled growth in new customer segments and new product lines.3. Investor Due Diligence

Paradox partnered with MVP Advisory Group and the management team to design and implement Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) at the enterprise, business unit and front line management levels.
